What to expect - Academic Evaluation

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Expect to spend 15 mins to check in and complete a brief academic profile of your student.
The evaluation is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours long.
What your student will need (we provide all testing supplies):
- - Bottle of water and some light snacks.
  - A light sweater if your student gets cold easily (fact: body temperature affects boys' and girls' testing performance differently, ask us!).
Communication: before coming in, let your student know we'll be doing a variety of academic exercises to understand their skill set (in case there is any testing anxiety that might impact their performance).
There are no good or bad results--we just want to see what they've learned at school or know on their own!
Results: We typically finish grading evaluations within 1-2 business days, and we'll set up a time to go over the results with you.

If you select a discounted or prepayment option at time of booking, you have up to 24 hours after booking to change your plans to receive a refund; after that there is no refund available. (Note we pay processing fees and begin work on preparing forms and documents for your student as soon as you book an appointment.)
You are able to reschedule once for health related reasons, at no charge, at the discretion of the center.
